ForUS - University School Research Center
The University School Research Center (ForUS) was founded at TU Dresden in March 2022. The School of Humanities and Social Sciences thus gained an interdisciplinary scientific institution for the development and design of the school trial. The highly ambitious project enables excellent educational research in the pilot project, which is unique of its kind in Germany. Structure and evaluation commission
Since October 2020, a structure and evaluation commission formed of renowned educational scientists and experienced practitioners has been supporting the University School Dresden pilot project.

Members of the Structure and Evaluation Commission for the Dresden University School trial
Prof Matthias Martens (University of Cologne) will chair the commission in its second term of office. Until 2023, Prof. Dr Martin Heinrich (University of Bielefeld, Head of the Scientific Institution of the North Rhine-Westphalian Experimental School Oberstufen-Kolleg) was in charge.

Advisory Board for the University School Dresden
The University School Dresden also receives the support of a top-class Advisory Board: The former Minister of State for Science and Art in the Free State of Saxony, Dr. Eva-Maria Stange, the former Rector of TU Dresden and President of Dresden International University, Prof. Hans Müller-Steinhagen, and Claus-Dieter Kaul, Head of the renowned Biberkor Academy, have been committed to the further development of the school trial, which is unique in Germany, since 2021. The background to the appointment of the Advisory Board is an initiative by the school's parents.
