Examination Offices responsible
Depending on the degree program, the following offices are responsible for examinations
- for the degree programs: Joint Examination Office of the Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Cultural Studies and the Faculty of Linguistics, Literature and Cultural Studies
- for all teacher training courses: Centralized Teacher Examination Office

Registration
In order to be able to organize a smooth examination process and schedule, an additional registration at the institute's administrative office (WEB 4a) is absolutely necessary after your online registration at the Examination Office! -
The examination periods can be found in the current course catalog.
- Examination focuses must be agreed with the examiners. Please use the specified office hours for this.
- If you do not attend your examination date, you have failed the examination. The exact examination dates are available for inspection at the Institute in the last week of lectures.
Written examinations at the Institute of Protestant Theology
- Please note the guidelines for academic work (in German only) at the Institute of Protestant Theology.
- All written work must be submitted both in digital form (as a PDF by e-mail) and in printed form . At least one version must be demonstrably received by the examiner on time.
