Events organized by the Staatliche Kunstsammlungen Dresden (Dresden State Art Collections) for Provenance Research Day 2024

The "Campagna Landscape" by the painter Jan Baptist Weenix, which had been missing since the end of the Second World War, returned to Dresden in October 2023.
The International Day of Provenance Research was initiated in 2019 and takes place on the second Wednesday in April. This year, the Staatliche Kunstsammlungen Dresden (Dresden State Art Collections) are once again taking part in the day with various events and providing an insight into the world of provenance research.
