Mentoring-program
"LLM IP finished - Now what?"
Are you asking yourself:
"What opportunities does the IP field offer me and what job suits me?"
"How can I best find my way on the job market with my qualifications and how do I make a successful start as an 'IP'ler'?"
"I'm moving to Munich, Hamburg, Berlin, Vienna for my job - can a local alumnus give me tips on how to get off to a good start in the new city, in addition to the technical aspects?"
Your alumni association will help you find the right answers. As part of our mentoring program, which has been successful for many years, you will receive individual advice and support from an alumnus of the degree programme.

2. Placement
Based on your information, we will look for a potential mentor who best fits your professional and personal goals. If, after reviewing your documents, he or she feels that he or she can provide you with targeted support, we will send you the contact details of your future mentor. Now it's up to you and you should get in touch with your mentor as soon as possible.
In an initial conversation, you can clarify your ideas and expectations of the mentoring and agree on the form of further contact.
3. Feedback
As soon as this conversation has taken place and you have agreed to enter into a mentoring relationship with each other, you inform us about it - and you are then officially a mentee!
Please note that as a mentee you are the driving force in the mentoring relationship. This means that the relationship with your mentor depends primarily on you and your initiative. Therefore, it is important that you have already thought about your professional future before registering and can also bring your ideas in this regard into the mentoring relationship.
