- since June 2009: Doctoral Dissertation on the Causal Pathways to Party Unity (i.e. 'Party Cohesion', 'Party Discipline'), Granted by a Scholarship of the 'Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes' ('German National Academic Foundation') and 'Hanns-Seidel Stiftung'; thesis defended (December 2016), will be published as a book in the first quarter of 2018 at Springer.
