Instructions for requesting reference letters
If you need a letter of recommendation or a letter of reference in order to apply for a master's or doctoral program, please ask the respective lecturer. Once you have received approval from the respective lecturer, please submit all the following documents to the secretary's office or by e-mail to the respective lecturer:
- Details of the addressee, submission deadline and form of the letter (open or closed, free or in a given form, etc.);
- Curriculum vitae in tabular form;
- List of previous academic achievements and grades, including current events;
- Letter of motivation explaining the purpose of the application and your interest in exploiting (exploiting has a negative connotation… do you mean interest in continuing your studies?) your studies;
- Copies of relevant references and certificates.
Please allow a reasonable processing time for the preparation of your request (typically up to four weeks). Therefore, please make sure that all required documents are received completely and on time.
