#22 Political education at the table dance bar

Political education in the table dance bar
You need music to dance.
It is a necessary, indispensable element at a table dance bar. Music tells stories. Personal or social themes play an important role in this. People like to listen to music and these stories. Music is (with a few exceptions) perceived as something positive and generates positive feelings.
For music listeners, however, music is also associated with personal biographies (e.g. first date song, break-up pain song, favorite song at 15, favorite song at 30, etc.) and collectively experienced history (e.g. graduation song, 2016 World Cup song, fall of the Berlin Wall song).
Many musicians take a political stance and get involved. There are anthems of states, but also of political movements and "hits" that for many are associated with political events (e.g. David Hasselhoff and the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989).
Our idea:
A jukebox at a tabel dance bar contains numerous titles that are linked to historical-political events or political topics or come from musicians:inside who are politically engaged. When selecting a title, the "story" behind the title is made clear (display) or accompanying material tells the "stories" behind the title selection.
You could also turn it into a music quiz (guess title, artist, event/topic) or memory game (category: songs and category: events/topics).
