Letter of Recommendation
Notes on the preparation of reviews and letters of reference
If you need a review or reference letter to apply for a Master's, foundation or doctoral program, please contact the respective lecturer. Please allow a reasonable amount of time (usually four weeks) for the preparation of reports and letters of reference. Therefore, please ensure that all required documents arrive complete and on time.
To successfully issue reference letters, please submit the following documents by email to the respective lecturer:
- Details of the addressee, submission deadline and form of the letter (open or closed, free or predetermined form, etc.)
- Curriculum vitae in tabular form
- List of previous academic achievements with grades, including current courses
- Letter of motivation explaining the purpose of your application and the interest in utilizing your studies
- Copies of relevant references and certificates
