Save the Date: Lessons Learned Conference from July 2 to 4, 2025
The next Lessons Learned Conference will take place from July 2 to 4, 2025 at the Faculty of Mechanical Science and Engineering in lecture hall ZEU 160.
The conference was first launched in September 2020 when the coronavirus pandemic necessitated the introduction of digital teaching concepts. Since then, it has established itself as a platform for the exchange of innovative teaching and learning concepts based on best practices and new approaches.
This year, the conference will once again focus on presenting, learning about and further developing modern teaching methods. Topics such as teaching with digital elements, flipped classroom concepts and other innovative approaches will take center stage. Both successes and challenges will be discussed together. A particular focus this time will be on the rapidly advancing possibilities offered by AI systems.
Two promising workshops have already been confirmed for this year:
- Accessibility in university teaching: A workshop by Prof. Cornelia Breitkopf dedicated to the creation of accessible teaching materials.
- Virtual excursions: Prof. Alexander Lasch is offering a workshop on digital alternatives to physical excursions.
