1. Purpose and data collecting body
The personal data requested in the online registration form will be used exclusively for the preparation, implementation and follow-up (if necessary, forwarding of event-relevant materials) of the Day of the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering. 2. Storage period
All data requested in the online registration form will be stored. After the end of the event, but after 6 months at the latest, the data will be deleted.
The participant lists are stored permanently as proof of photo/video permission or refusal.
3. Data transfer and publication
The participant lists will be forwarded to the responsible Unit within TU Dresden for the purpose of cost accounting for the event. Data will not be transferred to third parties.
At no time will the personal data of participants be published.
4. Voluntariness and revocation
The provision of all data is voluntary. Participants can refuse to give their consent or withdraw their consent with effect for the future without giving reasons by sending an informal email to . In these cases, participation in the event is not or no longer possible. If the revocation is made after the end of the event, the respective participant data will be deleted, provided there are no legal reasons to the contrary.
5. Consent to the use and publication of images
During the event, image material will be created by service providers commissioned by TU Dresden in order to use it for documentation purposes, to follow up on the event and to announce future events online and in print materials. This may also include images of individual participants. In addition, video recordings will be made and published on the YouTube platform via livestream. By registering, participants declare their consent to publication.
The image rights will not be passed on to commercial agencies or used for commercial purposes. Participants are entitled to object to the further use of the images for the future at any time (informally by sending an email to ).
6. Right to information
I am aware that I can request information about the personal data processed about me and the possible recipients of this data to whom it has been transmitted at any time and that I am entitled to a reply within one month of receipt of the request for information.
7. Data Protection Officer and Data Protection Supervisory Authority
I am aware that I can contact the Data Protection Officer of TU Dresden and the competent supervisory authority for data protection at any time.
