Data Protection Declaration

1. Purpose and Data Collection Authority

Personal data collected in the registration form are used exclusively for preparation and organization of the Day oft he Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology 2023. The data will be processed by:

2. Storage Period

All data collected in the registration form will be stored and deleted 6 months after the event at the latest. The participants‘ lists will be permamently stored the evidence for the consent to the publishing of photos.

3. Data Transfer and Publication

The participants‘ lists will be forwarded to the responsible entity within the TU Dresden for the accounting purposes. At no point will personal data of the participants will be published.   

4. Consent to the Publishing of Photos

There will be photographs taken during the event, which may be published online and in print materials of the faculty. There might be pictures among them on which individual participants are featured. The event will be accessible on Youtube channel via live stream With their registration participant consent to this type of publication.

With their registration participants are obliging themselves to inform their guests about the photographs being taken and published as well as their right to refuse to be photographed if they are featured in the focus of the pictures.

5. Information Right

I am aware that I can request information at any time about the data processed about me and the possible recipients of this data to whom it has been transmitted, and that I am entitled to a reply within one month of receipt of the request for information.  

6. Data Protection Officer and Data Protection Supervisory Authority

I am aware that I can contact the data protection officer of the TU Dresden data protection officer of the TU Dresden and the responsible supervisory authority for data protection.
