We are constantly looking for new Research Associates with exceptional expertise in the fields of wave optics, measurement technology, control engineering, fluid mechanics, signal processing, acoustics, laser technology, or biomedical engineering. We value the ability to work independently and goal-oriented within an interdisciplinary team, a high level of commitment, and a strong command of the English language. A requirement is an above-average scientific college degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, physics, mechanical engineering, Information Systems Engineering, or related degree programs. Possible research areas include:
- Adaptive localization microscopy/microfluidics
- Laser-optical methods for measuring complex flows
- Laser-optical methods for the analysis of materials and the monitoring of production processes (Industry 4.0)
- Adaptive laser systems for biomedicine
- AI-based microscopy for the analysis of tissues and cells
