Inspection of written DataVis exams on July, 8th, 13:00

The exam DataVis will take place on July, 8th at 13:00 o'clock. Please note the following rules regarding hygiene:

• Persons with COVID-19 similar disease symptoms are not allowed to attend the examination
• A maximum of 15 students and one or two supervisors (i.e. a total of 17 persons) may be present in room E23 on the day of the examination.
• For the purpose of tracing who has been in E23 and when, you will document who has taken part in which time slots on the examination inspection days.
• Room E23 will be ventilated for about 10 minutes between two consecutive time slots
• The front door of E23 is to be used exclusively as entrance, the rear door exclusively as exit.
• The wearing of mouth-and-nose covers is initially optional, but mandatory if the minimum distance of 1.5 m cannot be maintained.

Please also observe the general hygiene instructions of the State of Saxony, especially the minimum distance of 1.5 m when entering and leaving the building and when waiting for entry.
