Aerospace Engineering as an innovation driver
The human being is part of a high-tech environment. Mobility, flexibility, innovation and reliability are key requirements for our ever-present technical companions. In the future, the requirements concerning these technical systems in space, air or on earth will increase further.
The focus of the Institute of Aerospace Engineering is the innovative development of aerospace systems. The particular challenge is the development of technical systems suitable to withstand extreme technical and mechanical stress. Our novel ideas, technological developments and scientific findings shall contribute to promoting aerospace engineering in the decades to come.
Apart from extensive research, it is important to us that excellent training for the future generation of aerospace engineering is provided.
