Project partners

The project is being carried out in close cooperation between two research institutes (Fluidtronik at TU Dresden and ISYS at the University of Stuttgart), a supplier of vacuum components and systems (J. Schmalz GmbH) and two machine manufacturers (XENON Automatisierungstechnik GmbH and TRUMPF Sachsen GmbH).
