Mentoring programme for young female scientists and students
We are looking for interested female STEM students or mechanical engineering students from the 3rd semester onwards who are interested in a scientific career.
Would you like to network with like-minded fellow female students from your degree programme or another STEM degree programme? Would you like to find out more about how the theory of your degree programme can be combined with scientific practice and would you like more information about the challenges of a scientific career? Then the mentoring programme for young female scientists and students is the right place for you!
We connect you with other female students in a supportive peer mentoring programme, offer you exciting insights into current research areas and you will learn all about the structures, processes and rules of the scientific field from your personal mentor as well as in our workshops and discussion rounds. You will probably only encounter all of this later on in your degree programme. But by then you will be sufficiently prepared and ready for a career in science.
We will start our programme on April 18, 2024 with a kick-off event.
