A tasty smorgasbord of cultural diversity: Dresden’s banquet for everyone (Dresden is(s)t bunt) will take place and TUD can’t wait to get involved
TU Dresden will be setting up ten tables at this year's Dresden is(s)t bunt on September 9, 2024 on the Augustusbrücke and Schlossplatz. A number of other institutions, initiatives, intercultural clubs, neighborhood groups, companies, associations and ministries all invite you to this grand and colorful festival.
As in previous years, a long table will be set up in the middle of the city, at Dresden's historic Schlossplatz and along the Augustusbrücke. Everyone is welcome to take a seat at our tables between 4:00 and 8:00 pm, try different foods from all over the world and get into conversation with one another. There’s a lot to get involved in on the day.
Members of TU Dresden will be there to welcome visitors to our ten different tables. In doing so, we would like to emphasize diversity, dialog and openness, which we believe form the basis for new findings and success in research. These values are also at the heart of our democratic society and characterize a strong sense of community.
