Scouting project agreement (for companies)

The Scouting project seeks to connect Saxon employers and international students through job shadowing, case studies, internships, excursions, working student positions and more. The Career Services of TUD and HTW Dresden support the application process and, if needed, are present in the company or organize support services on request. Scouting is funded by the Saxon State Ministry for Science, Culture and Tourism (SMWK).

Our services

Matching international applicants with internship positions, working student positions and entry-level graduate positions.
Consulting services in the company with the applicants and in the team, if required.
Arranging trainers for intercultural workshops (to be paid for by the company).
Arranging contact persons for questions relating to employment and residence law.
Company logo in marketing media.

Answering a questionnaire or participating in a short interview on experiences with international employees after job shadowing, internships, working student activities, job applications, etc.
