EUTOPIA Innovation Challenge 2026 online - Be part of it!
From July 7 to 9, 2026, the University of Warwick will host the EUTOPIA Innovation Challenge as a fully digital format. Students from the ten EUTOPIA partner universities will work online in international teams on challenges presented by start-ups and innovative organizations from the University of Warwick environment.
The EUTOPIA Innovation Challenge offers the opportunity to work on real issues together with students from different European countries and to gain insights into innovation and start-up processes. Participants work in interdisciplinary teams to develop solutions for specific challenges and are supported by mentors.
Who can take part?
Students from all TUD departments and degree programs can apply. No special prior knowledge is required. We are looking for students who are interested in international cooperation, new perspectives and creative solutions.

How to apply
Please send your application with a short letter of motivation (approx. 200 words) by e-mail to Briefly describe why you would like to participate in the EUTOPIA Innovation Challenge and what you hope to gain from working in an international team.
Please also include the following information:
- First and last name
- degree program
- Current semester
The selected participants should be available in the period from July 7 to 9, 2026 from 10:00 to 17:00. During this time, a room will be provided at the TUD from which the students can participate together in the hybrid meetings and work phases of the Innovation Challenge.
