The EUTOPIA_HEALTH Cross-University Mobility Programme for Young Researchers, aims to foster health-related research and innovation across its member institutions. The initiative supports short-term research mobilities (1–5 months) for PhD students and early-career researchers (within 8 years post-PhD) at the Widening universities: Babeș-Bolyai University (Romania), University of Ljubljana (Slovenia), and NOVA University Lisbon (Portugal).

Key Features:

• Focus: Transdisciplinary health research across fields like diagnostics, therapies, public health, health psychology, and more.
• Funding: €2,500/month for living costs and up to €500 for travel, managed by the home university.
• Host Institutions: Must include Widening universities within the EUTOPIA consortium. Potential collaborators can be identified using the EUTOPIA_HEALTH Research Map.
• Timeline:
  • Applications open January 1, 2025, and close March 31, 2025.
  • Mobilities begin May 2025.

Eligibility & Application:

• Applicants must submit:
  • A detailed application form developed with a host collaborator.
  • Letters of support from both home and host institutions.
• Proposals will be evaluated on applicant expertise, the quality of the research plan, and alignment with host institution priorities.
