Past Cooperations
A standout feature of the TeamWork program was the inspiring collaboration with the cutting-edge biotechnology company Lipotype, based in Dresden, and the innovative light design and manufacturing firm, corporate friends from Kamenz. These partnerships highlight the powerful synergy between academia and industry in driving forward-thinking solutions.
What participating students say:
“The TeamWork project was one of the most memorable experiences for me because it connected students from different parts of the world. Despite our different backgrounds, we worked together successfully and learned from each other throughout the project. I found my team very supportive, collaborative, and open to sharing different ideas and perspectives. The experience showed me how effective communication and teamwork can overcome cultural barriers and create a positive and productive working environment" (Haidar Ali)
"I was pleasantly surprised that the TeamWork project connected so closely with my own field through Gen2 Carbon Limited’s work on aerospace materials and recycled carbon fiber, which made the experience especially meaningful and motivating for me. Collaborating with students from different countries and disciplines was incredibly rewarding, and the experience not only strengthened my international network but also opened an exciting professional opportunity through direct recognition from the company founder. Overall, it was an incredibly positive experience that strengthened both my academic confidence and professional outlook." (Ashwin Chinnambalam)
