- Coordination Center for Clinical Trials (KKS): Broad range of services in all areas of clinical trials
- BioBank Dresden (BBD): Provision of biomaterials (tumor and normal tissue) as well as various services (e.g. DNA/RNA extraction, NMR analysis) and advice on ethics applications
- Core Facilities: A core facility supports internal and external researchers in the planning and implementation of research projects through the provision of modern scientific equipment and the expertise of the respective operators.
- Independent Trustee Office: Supports the separation of identifying data from medical data at a early stage of the research process and management of data in compliance with the highest data protection guidelines
- Contract and third-party funding management: Information and support in drafting contracts (e.g. employer declaration, non-disclosure agreement, letter of intent, material transfer agreement) and third-party funding management (e.g. notification of third-party funding, funding requests, changes to terms)
- International Collaborations: Comprehensive range of services for existing international collaborations and the establishment of new initiatives
- Space and area management: Support and advice on applying for infrastructure or large-scale equipment and clarifying space requirements
- Data Integration Center (DIZ) at the Center for Medical Informatics: Provision of data and applications for medical research

- Service Center Research Data: Advice on research data management and provision of text modules for data management for individual projects and joint projects
- Export control at TU Dresden: Advice and support for export control issues, online training courses, FAQs, process for assessing licensing obligations, What needs to be considered with regard to international research partnerships, business trips, the developement of new technologies or collobarations with visiting scientists?
- Transfer Office (TUD|excite): Conducting intellectual property rights research, developing exploitation strategies, marketing your research results, drawing up and negotiating exploitation contracts and acquiring suitable exploitation partners.
