Appointment of Dr. Glauche as extraordinary professor

We are pleased to announce that Dr. Ingmar Glauche has been appointed extraordinary professor with effect from 31.01.2024. Dr. Glauche has been a junior research group leader at the Institute of Medical Informatics and Biometry (IMB) since 2010 and has successfully led his own research group in the field of theoretical stem cell biology since 2014.

With his research in the area of medical systems biology, which is reflected in more than 70 publications, including publications in renowned journals such as Blood, Haematologica and Nature Communications, Dr. Glauche contributes significantly to the development of our field. In addition, he is involved in the acquisition of research funding and is intensively involved in teaching, in particular as teaching coordinator for the IMB.
