New publications at the IMB

In collaboration with colleagues from other research institutions, IMB scientists show the benefit of using mathematical models to predict biologically and clinically relevant processes. Two publications, i.e. Glauche et al., Scientific Reports 2018  and Fassoni et al., Haematologica 2018 , deal with the prediction of disease dynamics for TKI -treated CML  patients. In the publication by Gaspari et al., Stem Cell Research 2018  mathematical models are used to identify optimal culture conditions for the targeted differentiation of pluripotent stem cells.
