Master degree Health Sciences / Public Health
The postgraduate master program Health Sciences / Public Health at the TU Dresden started in its current form in the winter semester 2010/11. It is an interdisciplinary study program aimed at students with a first professional qualification and at least one year of practical experience in public health related fields. The focus of the program is the teaching of evidence-based methods of prevention and health care.
The study lasts 4 semesters and starts every 2 years (in even calendar years) in the winter semester. The next enrollment will take place in the winter semester 2024/25!

The course is managed by the Institute and the Polyclinic for Occupational and Social Medicine. In terms of content, the teaching is designed in cooperation with the following institutes of the Medical Faculty of the TU Dresden or institutions of the University Hospital.
