Meine Forschung konzentriert sich hauptsächlich auf Energiespeichersysteme wie Superkondensatoren und Na-Ionen-Batterien. Ich leite ein BMBF-Projekt bei dem verschiedene Metallphosphide als Anodenmaterialien für Na-Ionen-Batterien verwendet werden.
