Study food chemistry
Food chemistry is one of the chemical disciplines with an extremely broad range of topics. It includes classical food chemistry, consumer goods, toxicology, microbiology, food technology and food law. Of course, this cannot be covered comprehensively by a single Chair, which is why the range of courses is made available centrally on our website.
