The equal opportunities funds raised within the frame of the CRC 1415 can be used for:

- Soft skill courses

- Individual coaching, etc.
Compatibility of family and science:
- Family services/child care 1) during events organised by the research association, 2) at time outside the usual childcare hours and 3) during holiday
- Installation and operation of a home office
- Setting up parent/child rooms
- Financing of personnel that relieves scientists with family obligations of routine tasks in their field of work
Miscellaneous
- Gender sensitivity training
- Development of a manual or website on gender equality measures
- Girls’ days, junior academies or summer schools for girls, etc.
