During my Ph.D., I have worked with one of the most compelling unconventional superconductors to date, Strontium Ruthenate (Sr2RuO4). In order to perform Muon spin relaxation (μSR) studies under uniaxial pressure, we have developed a piezoelectric-based uniaxial pressure cell that offers in situ strain tuning, anticipating many more applications that are expected to strongly widen the range of applications of μSR.
