The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Art. 6 Para. 1 Letter a) GDPR (consent) – the use of the service and consent to the associated processing of your personal data are voluntary.

How long is personal data stored?
The Information will be stored until all invoices are paid and all travel reimbursements have been processed and returned from the travel reimbursement department of TU Dresden, longest until 31st of December 2024. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
Will personal data be transferred to recipients? Who at TU Dresden has access to this data? Will data be stored by third parties?
If orderd, your reservation will be sent to the Best Western PLUS Hotel in Bautzen.
