Work and Organizational Design
This area is concerned with human work and its organization. Key topics include describing, analyzing, explaining, predicting, and designing human work and organizations.
Occupational Health and Safety
This area focuses on the effects of work on health. Key aspects include developing and supporting occupational health measures, in particular preventive measures, diagnosing work-related stress and psychological risk factors, as well as implementing and facilitating health circles, and evaluating interventions and health promotion programs.
Supporting Change and Innovation Processes
Our work focuses on designing and facilitating change processes within organizations. This includes developing and implementing company-specific solutions for work processes and organizational structures. Additionally, we conduct comprehensive analysis, evaluation, and improvement to enhance the organization’s ability to innovate.
