Catharina Voß studied psychology at the Universität Hamburg with a Bachelor's and Master's degree. During her studies she worked for 3.5 years in the BELLA study - the module on mental health of the nationwide children's and youth survey (RKI). Her master thesis focused on the mental health of adolescents in nine African countries based on WHO data. Since August 2014 she has been working at the Institute of Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy, Chair of Behavioral Epidemiology as a research associate and doctoral candidate. She is interested in researching risk and protective factors of suicidal behaviour - especially in adolescence.
