Central Student Information and Counseling Service
Things don’t always run smoothly when studying. The Central Student Information and Counseling Service supports you when anything is unclear, you are having doubts or experiencing any other problems at any time during your studies as well as in preparing for exams and completing your studies.
The services offered by the Central Student Information and Counseling Service are voluntary, free of charge, confidential, and anonymous upon request.
In our work, we are guided by your needs, experiences and competencies. We support you in adopting new perspectives, discovering resources and examining alternative paths. In workshops, you also benefit from the exchange with the group.
In this way, we accompany you in developing your own solution and planning the next steps. Multiple consultations are also possible, for example during the final phase of your studies.
Open Consultation Hours
During the open consultation hours our student counselors can either solve your problem directly through a short consultation and concrete information or they can clarify with you what can help you further.
