Offers for classes and courses
Table of contents
TU Dresden's School Contact Office offers school classes a wide range of opportunities to get to know the university and experience science up close. With our formats, students can deepen classroom content in a practical and scientifically sound way - directly on campus or as part of school events.
This gives teachers an uncomplicated opportunity to convey subject content in a clear way and extend learning processes beyond the classroom.
Scientific workshops and school modules
Classroom-based offers from research: TU Dresden scientists offer workshops and modules that are directly linked to school content and deepen it. The formats can be flexibly designed depending on the subject and target group and are suitable for school classes as well as for project days, e.g:
-
Workshops in the STEM field (mathematics, computer science, natural sciences, technology).
To the MINT workshops -
Offers in the area of environmental protection and sustainability (education for sustainable development, or "ESD" for short) To the ESD offers
-
Further offers from other subject areas (e.g. humanities and social sciences) are available on request.
You can find other interesting events and formats on the science communication website: from videos on our social media channels to podcasts, playful learning apps and exhibitions. To the science communication website
School labs
Experiment, discover, join in: in cooperation with TU Dresden, there are numerous school labs that enable learning outside the classroom. Here, students can experiment, research and work on scientific questions in a practical way. To the student labs
