The regulations on IT equipment and services as well as TU Dresden’s information security (IT Regulations) were adopted by the University Executive Board of TU Dresden on February 18, 2021.

• These regulations apply to all those using IT infrastructure at TU Dresden.
• The object of these regulations are the provisions governing potential uses and rights as well as the binding obligations that apply to all users of the facilities and services.

Both the IT Regulations and the handout on TU Dresden’s IT Regulations are regularly reviewed to ensure they are up to date and adapted accordingly. This also applies to the guidelines for IT administrators.
