In order to make the daily life at our university as pleasant and smooth as possible, TU Dresden offers multiple services. These services can be used not only by employees and students, but also partly by external target groups.

The rental of equipment is managed by the centre for information services and high performance computing (ZIH). Employees and students of TU Dresden can use the rental service for teaching, studying, and research.
Scope of Services:

Taking of orders for AV equipment rental and use of technology in the HSZ, and resource planning of technicians for teaching and research

contact in case of technical faults and problems with the HS technique (answering machine round-the-clock)

rental of audio-visual equipment for teaching and research
-
repairs receipt of AV technology (TUD)
E-learning support is only available by phone and e-mail.

Die Medientechnik in zentralen Lehr- und Lernräumen wird von uns instand gehalten. Die Wartung von Anlagenteilen, die Reparatur und der Ersatz von defekten Kabeln bzw. Geräten sowie die Störungsbeseitigung gehören ebenso zum Aufgabenfeld der Lehrraumbetreuung wie die medientechnische Schulung und Einweisung interessierter Dozent:innen und Lehrenden. Die Lehrraumbetreuung wird durch das Sachgebiet 8.7 - Zentrale Lehr- und Lernräume betreut. Die Gruppe 8.7.2 ist verantwortlich für die Medientechnik in den Lehr- und Lernräumen.
