Author: KK
In their recently published book “Beweg Dich” (434 pages, ISBN 9783939025955), the two professors of medicine Hans H. Epperlein and Andreas Deussen seek to raise awareness of the importance of regular exercise in preventive healthcare.

The workshop is aimed at fitness enthusiasts, gymnastics teachers, physical therapists, fitness instructors, sports medicine specialists, and physical education teachers.
