The Staff Unit supports the Units in providing their services to the employees of TU Dresden. It also deals with conceptual and overarching human resources issues. The tasks include

Creating and further developing internal and external personnel and job reporting
Ensuring data quality in SAP HCM
Managing the personnel registry
Carrying out internally and externally requested evaluations of TUD employees
Bundling the technical development of HR IT, in particular SAP HCM
Supporting the interfaces to LSF and the SAP FI/CO modules as well as TUD-internal interfaces
Developing concepts for personnel management issues
Accompanying and leading projects related to HR management
