The Staff Unit supports the Units in providing their services to the employees of TU Dresden. It also deals with conceptual and overarching human resources issues. The tasks include

• Creating and further developing internal and external personnel and job reporting
• Ensuring data quality in SAP HCM
• Managing the personnel registry
• Carrying out internally and externally requested evaluations of TUD employees
• Bundling the technical development of HR IT, in particular SAP HCM
• Supporting the interfaces to LSF and the SAP FI/CO modules as well as TUD-internal interfaces
• Developing concepts for personnel management issues
• Accompanying and leading projects related to HR management
