Group 4.4.3 manages the TUD vehicle fleet and offers a wide range of services for TUD members. In addition to vehicle maintenance, we organize passenger and goods transport, and can arrange rental cars for you. We also issue parking permits and transponders.

We can organize the following for you:

• Transport of chemicals

Passenger transport & excursions

We provide chauffeur services for business purposes. You can request our services using the Passenger transportation form (PDF). You can also contact us regarding excursions (PDF).

Vehicle rental

If you require a vehicle for work, we are happy to arrange rental vehicles and coaches for you. For coaches, please use the online form for coach hire. For all other requests, you can use our vehicle rental form (PDF).

Additional services

Are you planning an event? We can also arrange the loan of exhibition stands. 

In addition, we can provide you with parking permits and transponders for the parking barriers. Moreover,we are responsible for scheduling the TUD locksmiths, whose services you can request via the Maintenance of Buildings, Supervision and Repairs group.

If you need metals and plastics, we will be happy to take care of procurement, cutting, and central storage for you.

Parking space management - "KONZERT" project

The research project Concerted Parking Space Management as a Building Block of Sustainable Campus Mobility at TU Dresden (KONZERT) aims to promote the sustainable organization of traffic processes around the campus. TU Dresden, coordinated by the Chair of Mobility System Planning and the Directorate Facility Management, is developing a coordinated parking management system in cooperation with the state capital of Dresden. The project is being carried out as part of the "Operational Mobility Management" funding guideline with a focus on "Innovation Promotion" from the Federal Ministry for Digital and Transport Affairs (BMDV). How to find the vehicle fleet

You can reach us via Bergst. (in the direction towards the city),

• Turn right on Räcknitzhöhe and then turn left or
• Turn right on to Zeunerst., drive until the end of the road and then turn right on to the “concrete street” heading uphill until you reach the crossing - Entrance by the barrier

Note: Turning left away from the city is only possible at Räcknitzhöhe.
