Tasks
Directorate 7 – Communication and Marketing is led by the Chief Communication Officer (CCO). She works closely with the D7 teams to develop communication and marketing strategies at TU Dresden. Targeted measures in this area are designed to strengthen visibility and establish TUD as a reputable name in the world of academia.
The Directorate unites all forms of modern communication. It comprises Science Communication, Press Office and Public Relations, Social Media, Web and Video, Internal Communication, Student Marketing, Alumni Relations, Corporate Design and the Uni Shop as well as Event Management and the Translation Office. The Directorate issues publications, creates websites, designs posters, organizes events, shoots films and offers qualified advice in matters of outreach, marketing and design. Our extensive portfolio of skills enables us to adopt integrated and synergistic methods of communication.
