Students are the heart of our university – from their initial application to graduation to their transition to professional life. We accompany them along this journey as prospective students, members of our university community, and alumni.
Student Marketing
Student Marketing coordinates measures for student recruitment across Germany and internationally. The team manages the Study Information System (SINS) and organizes the UNI LIVE and UNI-TAG information events. We are also responsible for projects, publications and websites as well as videos and social media content that serve to help current and prospective students get their bearings.

Marketing Projects
Here you can find the contacts for central events at TUD, marketing projects and marketing products. The team organizes university-wide events, including the Dresden Science Night, construction milestone celebrations, university lecturer and emeriti gatherings as well as the New Year’s reception. It provides support in organizing central campaigns and publications (brochures, flyers, etc.) as well as managing the rental of the university’s two ballrooms.

Deutschlandstipendium
With the Deutschlandstipendium scholarship, TU Dresden promotes talented, high-performing students with exceptional personal achievements who also display a dedication to social involvement. The scholarship comprises a monthly grant of 300 euros – 150 euros of which is financed by the federal government and the other 150 euros by sponsors (e.g. companies, foundations or individuals). The scholarship recipients, the sponsors and the members of the university form a special network dedicated to strong ties and long-term collaboration. Students and sponsors can find more information on the TUD web page about the Deutschlandstipendium.
