That was the 2026 Summer Festival

On June 12, 2026, the Friends of the Gallery once again invited its members to the traditional summer festival in the courtyard of the Fritz-Foerster Building. About 60 members accepted the invitation and enjoyed a varied program. Following a guided tour of the current exhibitions at the gallery in the Görges Building led by Gwendolin Cremer, Professor Niels Modler, in his capacity as Vice-Rector Academic Affairs, welcomed the guests together with Executive Director Dr. Undine Krätzig. The University Choir then presented its current program with a selection of songs. In addition, guests had the opportunity to learn about selected projects of the Center for Interdisciplinary Learning and Teaching (ZiLL) in the foyer of the Fritz-Foerster Building. The afternoon concluded with a convivial get-together accompanied by music from the Big Band Therapy.
