What is/are the key question(s) of your thesis? | How to make Ferroelectric memories (RAM) more efficient and reliable at high temperature? |
What are your plans after graduation? | I plan to do research after my graduation in similar field. |
What field do you want to work in after you graduate? | I would like to work in Semiconductor materials and devices. |
Why did you once decide to study at the TU Dresden? | TU Dresden has well established professors and research quality. |
What do you particularly like about Dresden, what will you miss? | I really like the peaceful environment around university area and happening places like Neustadt. One can’t forget to mention the scenic architecture in Dresden and the view along Elbe. |
