Incentive fund Diversity approves: Mixed Methods Study on the Experience of Discrimination.
To date, the extent of (multiple) discrimination, the subjective horizon of experience of those affected, as well as the individual consequences of experiences of discrimination on studying or working at the TU Dresden have not been systematically recorded. The study on the experience of discrimination at the TU Dresden aims to draw a clearer picture of the diversity of students and employees by means of statistical and qualitative data. The recording of already experienced and, if applicable, feared experiences of discrimination should facilitate the description of discrimination risks and protection gaps at the TU Dresden. On this basis, it can be determined whether and to what extent it is necessary to expand the TU Dresden's anti-discrimination commitment.
