You have family responsibilities, work at TU Dresden and have questions about work organization, extending your contract due to maternity and parental leave or childcare. A wide range of advisory services are available to answer all your questions about balancing work and family life. Unit 9.3 Diversity Management offers all organizational units at TU Dresden advice and support in developing and implementing their own family-friendly measures. In cooperation with the Directorate Research, we support and advise DFG-coordinated programs at TU Dresden with regard to the use of equal opportunity funds from the German Research Foundation (DFG).
