"Make Your Voice Count & Rock the Stage – Confident in Meetings and Presentations”
In this 1.5-day workshop, you will learn how to strengthen your presence in meetings and enhance your presentation skills. Through targeted voice training, effective speech techniques, and confident body language, you will discover how to communicate with sovereignty – whether in discussions, pitches, or conferences.
This seminar is designed for female scientists and science managers who want to be heard, remembered, and persuasive in professional settings.
Workshop content:
- Mental & emotional mindset: confidence and composure under pressure
- Confident argumentation: clear, structured, and precise points
- Communication techniques: constructive, solution-focused engagement
- Making your voice heard: vocal presence and supportive body language
- Effective voice and speech exercises
- Using eye contact intentionally
- Confident handling of critical questions
Important: Please send a PowerPoint presentation to the instructor before the seminar or bring a USB stick with your presentation. The goal is to receive individual feedback on a roughly 3-minute excerpt of your speech.

About the trainer: Karin Gante is a speech therapist, actress, and has been self-employed since 1997 as a trainer, moderator, consultant and coach for professionals and executives. She works for the public sector, private companies, foundations, and universities, often focusing specifically on the topic “Confident Presence for Women in the Workplace.”
