Women@DDc Network
The Women@DDc Network was launched in 2022 as a joint initiative of Unit 9.3 Diversity Management at TU Dresden, the Barkhausen Institut, and the Head Office of DRESDEN-concept. The network aims to connect female scientists of all career stages as well as science managers within the DRESDEN-concept research alliance and to strengthen their visibility.
The network provides a platform for exchanging ideas on career paths and challenges in science and academia. In addition to workshops and panel discussions on topics such as visibility, career development, and strategic networking, Women@DDc facilitates direct contact with female experts from a wide range of scientific disciplines.
The network now has more than 500 members. Female* scientists and science managers interested in the network can join via the LinkedIn platform to receive updates on upcoming events and activities.

*We currently see a particularly great need for women to network. We will see how this develops in due course. From a diversity perspective, we are addressing all people who read themselves as women.
