The description is to be used only for connections to the TU telephone system - recognizable by the following phone number:

Softphone

All information on the softphone as the future standard workstation can be found on the project page and in the FAQs of the ticket system.

VoIP Standard-Phone

The Cisco CP-7841 was the standard phone for usage in the office, workshop or lab. An installation on a wall is possible by using a separate wall mount.

VoIP Executive-Secretary-Phone

The Cisco CP-8851 was meant for the Executive-/Secretary-environment and offers additional functions. Secretaries are supplied with a key module, that allows the saving of addional phone numbers.

The Conference Phones Cisco CP8832 / CP-7832 are meant for conferences with multiple participants using a hands-free equipment (conference rooms).

Information about Phones for The ISDN-TC-System

ISDN Phones

The ISDN Phone is meant for employees, as well as for the Executive-/Secretary-environment. It will be gradually replaced by the VoIP Softphone. The functions of the phone are accessible via an integrated display, but the phone also offers the use of code numbers. Secretaries are supplied with a key module, that allows the saving of addional phone numbers.

Analog Phone

The Analog Phone at the ISDN-TC-System is meant for employees. It will be gradually replaced by the VoIP Softphone. The functions of the phone are accessible via the menu (refer to the manual) and code numbers.
