Many performance features are selectable and can be activated in different ways. This can be done via the service menu, the scroll keys during the call or the dial numbers. Don't be afraid to try all the keys. You can always bet back to the initial state without saving via the service key. The display should be read as a step-by-step instruction. Confirm questions with the 'checkmark' key. Arrow symbols to the left or right show further menu items. Follow those arrows with the arrow keys.
Dynamic Call Forwarding
The dynamic call forwarding instantly takes affect with the first call, but isn't saved permantently in the end device. That means the target of a deleted forwarding has to be typed in every time.
Switch-On
scroll right to "Dynamic forwarding On?" -> confirm -> type in number -> confirm
Switch-Off/Delete
scroll right to "forwarding Off?" -> confirm
Determined call forwarding (incl. timed forwarding)
With the determined call forwarding a determined forwarding target can be saved permanently (until deletion of the target) in the end device. The forwarding, then, just has to be enabled/disabled every time. Once activated, the forwarding works with the first call, if disabled, the call will be forwarded after 15 seconds (timed forwarding).
Programm Forwarding Target (Forwarding will be Activated Automatically)
Sercive key -> scroll to "Ziele?" -> confirm -> scroll to "Umleitung?" -> confirm -> "Variable Umleitung aus - Naech. Umleitungstyp?" -> confirm -> "Feste Umleitung aus - Naech. Umleitungstyp" -> scroll right to "Feste Umleitung aus - Ziel eingeben:" -> enter target number -> confirm
Deactivate the Determined Forwarding
(forwardingafter 15 seconds)
scroll right to "Umleitung aus?" -> confirm
Activate the Programmed Determined Forwarding
scroll right to "Feste Umleitung ein?" -> confirm
Delete a Determined Forwarding
Sercive key -> scroll to "Ziele?" -> confirm -> scroll to "Umleitung?" -> confirm -> "Variable Umleitung aus - Naech. Umleitungstyp?" -> confirm -> "Feste Umleitung ein - (Zielnummer)" -> scroll right to "Feste Umleitung ein - Loeschen?" -> confirm
Callback/'Makeln'/Connect/conference
During a conversation you are able to call back another participant and afterwards return to the first, swith between both ('Makeln') or connect the first with the second participant. Connection during exchange line calls is not possible.
Callback (during active conversation)
"Rueckfrage?" -> confirm -> type in target number and do the conversation, when finished -> "Beenden und zurück" -> confirm
Makeln (during an active callback)
scroll to the right to "Makeln?" -> confirm -> makeln -> scroll to the right to "Beenden und zurück" -> confirm (currently active conversation will be quit, waiting conversation gets active)
Connect (during active conversation)
"Rueckfrage?" -> confirm -> dial target number -> hang up during the call waiting or during the callback
Conference (during the active callback)
scroll to the right to "Konferenz?" -> confirm
(with "Konferenz erweitern" an eight-participants-conference can be built)
Redialing
You can use two kinds of redialing. Either the last dialed target or an arbitrary saved target number.
Redial the Last Dialed Number
pick up the handset -> display "Letzte Nummer waehlen" -> confirm
Targeted Redialing
- during the conversation or the session establishment press the redialing key or
- service key -> "Ziele?" -> press redialing key -> type in target -> confirm
you can now redial the saved target as often as you want until you save another target number.
call log
Call logs are deactivated by default, so you can apply for enabling the call log for incoming and outgoing calls for your phone. You can decide if all incoming calls will be saved or only those you couldn't answer. Requesting the call log, you can scroll through all calls, delete them one by one, start a conversation or delete the whole log.
Request the Call Log
scroll to "Unbeantwortete Anrufe" or "Gehende Anrufe" -> confirm -> scroll through the log -> confirm (trigger call or delete by scrolling to the right and confirm)
Delete the Call Log
Service key -> scroll to "Ziele?" -> confirm -> scroll to "Anrufliste?" -> confirm -> scroll to "Löschen?" -> confirm -> scroll to the desired log -> confirm -> press service key to finish
call waiting
With the call-waiting-key you can decide, whether a second caller is able to 'knock' during your call or hears a busy tone. With "Anklopfer übernehmen" and "Makeln" you can request the second caller without quitting the first conversation.
Enable Call Waiting
Service key -> scroll to "Schalter" -> confirm -> scroll to "Zweitanruf" -> confirm -> "Zweitanruf ist aus - Einschalten? -> confirm
Disable Call Waiting
Service key -> scroll to "Schalter" -> confirm -> scroll to "Zweitanruf" -> confirm -> "Zweitanruf ist ein - Ausschalten? -> confirm
Set Callback request
If desired, you can request a participant you didn't reach to call you back later. This works during the free-line-signal or during a busy tone. According to the device type of the target participant, he will receive a message in his inbox (in case of the free line signal) or the callback will be triggered automatically, after he finished his conversation.
when you hear the free line signal or the busy tone -> display: "Rueckruf?" -> confirm
suppress your call number display/display 'anonym'
For an outgoing call, you can suppress your call number/name display. Simply type in *05 before the target call number.
program target dial keys
free programmable keys on your phone can be programmed with target numbers (don't forget to access an outside line with prefix -'0'). In order to change a number use the same procedure and overwrite the old number. On an optional key module, you can program the keys twice. In order to access the second assignment level, press the lowermost shift key. Thus you can assign 30 target numbers to 15 keys.
Service key -> "Ziele?" -> confirm -> scroll to "Zielwahl?" -> confirm -> press programmed key (possibly with shift key to access the second level) -> enter target number -> confirm
adjust volume and tones
You can adjust the ring tone, the volume of the ring tone, the volume of the attention call, the speakers, the handset as well as the display contrast.
press "+" and "-" together -> scroll to desired setting -> confirm -> adjust with "+" or "-" the desired value -> confirm
Appointment
You can save an appointment in your phone, it will ring at the desired point in time:
Service key -> scroll to "Termin?" -> confirm -> "Neuer Termin?" -> confirm -> enter time in 4 digits (0845 for 08:45 am) -> "Speichern? -> confirm
