Peer advising
In our daily teaching, we are continually faced with difficult situations. These may concern a student you are worried about or a colleague with whom you don’t see eye to eye about a specific course. It can be helpful to discuss these cases in a safe space with teaching staff from other subject areas. Peer advising provides the framework for lecturers to approach each other on an equal footing and provide support with difficult issues. We offer peer advising at regular intervals.
