The Center for Interdisciplinary Learning and Teaching
The Center for Interdisciplinary Learning and Teaching (ZiLL) is the first point of contact for students and and teaching staff for practical and research-orientated learning and teaching at TU Dresden. It was founded in 2014 within the framework of the Excellence Initiative as part of the Institutional Strategy "The Synergetic University".

Key focus areas
The Center for Interdisciplinary Learning and Teaching is the central point of contact for all teaching staff at TU Dresden for questions relating to the professionalization of their own teaching and offers
- Advice on preparation and follow-up as well as on the implementation of your courses,
- further training and qualification opportunities,
- Financial support opportunities for the development of e-learning ideas and research-oriented projects and
- a pool of materials as inspiration for your own teaching.
For students, the Center for Interdisciplinary Learning and Teaching offers
- Help in choosing the right degree program through the orientation year,
- guidance and support on the way to a successful degree and
- insights into professional practice through the Research & Practice orientation platform.
